Chicken Scampiš

INGREDIENTS
-6 oz pasta
Chicken Seasoning:
-8 oz chicken
-1/8 cup flour
-1 tsp italian herbs
-kosher salt
-black pepper
Sauce:
-olive oil
-1 tbsp butter
-1 shallot
-2 minced cloves garlic
-1/4 cup chicken broth
-1/2 lemon zest and juice
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Toppings:
-red chili flakes to taste
-chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook pasta according to box instructions. Cut, season, and cook chicken until marks 165F in the instant thermometer. Then, remove chicken and place on another plate covered.
2. Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan over medium heat. Add minced shallot and garlic, heat for 1 min.
3. Pour chicken broth, lemon zest and juice. Cook on low. Then add chicken and simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Add parmesan cheese and mix well. Then add pasta and cook for a couple more minutes. Top with parsley and red chili flakes.
5. Serve.
