-2 breads
-2 eggs
-1/4 + a little more of your choice of milk
-1 tsp vainilla extract -
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp monk fruit
TOPPINGS
-peanut butter
-melted chocolate chips
-cinnamon sugar
-berries
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and monkfruit together in a shallow bowl.
2. Lightly butter a pan and heat over medium heat.
3. Dip bread in the egg mixture, making sure to soak both sides. Transfer to the hot skillet and cook until golden, 4-5 minutes per side. Serve hot and add toppings.
