Greek Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

-pasta of your liking

-tomatoes

-cucumbers

-olives

-red onion

Optional: feta cheese

DRESSING

-2 tbsp olive oil

-2 tbsp red wine vinegar

- 1/4 tsp minced garlic

-1/2 tsp dried thyme

-1/2 tsp dried oregano

-1/4 tsp salt

-1/4 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook pasta according to package and let it cool down. You can also place it in the fridge so it cools down faster. Prep all your ingredient, add them to a bowl and mix.

2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

3. Add dressing to the salad bowl.
