Brioche French Toast
This peanut butter filled brioche French toast is the perfect breakfast for those who love desserts and sweets. It is covered in chocolate and has chocolate sprinkles too. It does not need any maple syrup, it is plenty moist and slightly sweet.

INGREDIENTS
-1 Brioche buns
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup milk of your choice
-1 tsp vainilla extract
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp monk fruit
FILLING
-Peanut Butter
TOPPINGS
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Slice brioche bun in half.
2. Whisk the eggs. Add the milk, monkfruit, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.
3. Add some butter to a pan in medium-low heat. Place one slice of brioche into the egg mixture and turn to coat both sides. When butter has melted, add the coated brioche. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and then flip the bread and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.
4. In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil. Remove from heat, add in vanilla extract and chocolate chips. Then add chocolate sprinkles as toppings.
