Buffalo Chicken Wrap
This Buffalo Chicken Wrap is a great lunch optionf or those with busy schedules. It only takes 5 minutes to make if you have already have cooked shredded chicken. It is a high-protein wrap filled with chicken and a high-protein greek yogurt dressing.

INGREDIENTS
-2 flour tortillas
-shredded chicken
-tomato slices
-red onion slices
BLUE CHEESE YOGURT DRESSING
-2 tbsp 0% Fage Greek yogurt
-1 /2 tbsp blue cheese
-1/8 tsp black pepper
-1/8 tsp garlic salt
-1/2 tsp dill
BUFFALO SAUCE
-2 tbsp Frank’s original red hot sauce
-1/8 tsp paprika + 1/8 garlic powder
-1/2 tsp Melted butter (or melted ghee)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small bowl or plate, heat up shredded chicken. Then add all the ingredients for the buffalo sauce.
2. Heat tortillas in a skillet. Once they are done, add tomato slices, red onion slices, and chicken.
3. Quickly mixx all the ingredients of the blue cheese yogurt dressing and put it on top of your chicken. Fold tightly to form a burrito shape.
