Spicy Shrimp Pasta๐ŸŒถ ๐Ÿฆ ๐Ÿ

This dinner recipe has everything you could possibly want, shrimp mixed in an easy spicy creamy sauce. It is a filling and delicious pasta. The seasoning adds just the right amount of flavor and the sun-dried tomatoes add sweetness to it. It does not require a lot of time to make and can be meal prepped in advance.

Spicy Shrimp Pasta

prep time: 5 min servings: 3



INGREDIENTS

-1 tsp olive oil

-1 tsp minced garlic

-60 g sun-dried tomatoes

-130 ml heavy cream

-1/4 tsp paprika

-1/2 tsp chili flakes

-1 tsp oregano

-6 oz frozen precooked shrimp

-70 g mozzarella

-basil

-7 oz rigatoni or pasta of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook rigatoni according to box instrucciones and save 1/4 cup of pasta water.

2. In a pan, heat olive oil at medium heat and add minced garlic. Constantly move for 3 min and then add sun dried tomatoes and let it sit for 3 more min.

3. Add heavy cream, spices, and pasta water; bring it to a boil then let it simmer until it thickens.

4. Unfreeze precooked shrimp and add to pot. Then add mozzarella and stir constantly.

5. Add pasta and parsley and let it sit for 6-8 min in low heat.

6. Serve
