Tomato Salad using Pure Flavor®
Bumbles® Yellow Grape Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
-2 cucumbers
-3/4 red onion
-2 packages of Pure Flavor® Bumbles® -Yellow Grape Tomatoes
-crumbled queso fresco
-cilantro
-1 avocado
DRESSING:
-3 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
-1 lemon (juiced)
-2 tsp of dried oregano
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut 2 cucumbers, slice 3/4 of a red onion, and the cut in half 2 packages of Pure Flavor® Bumbles® -Yellow Grape Tomatoes.
Prepare your vinaigrette.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, then add the dressing.
Let it sit for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
