INGREDIENTS

-8oz or 1 cup milk of your choice

-1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

-2 tbsp cacao powder

-2 tsp chia seed

-1 tbsp maple syrup

-20g dark chocolate chips

-banana (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
