Apple Nachos🍏

INGREDIENTS
-1 apple sliced (I used Granny Smith)
TOPPINGS
-coconut flakes
-chocolate chips
-dark chocolate melted
CARAMEL SAUCE (we will only be using half or less)
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-2 tbsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a small saucepan, add all the ingredients for the caramel sauce. Heat them for 3 minutes at low heat, then let it cool for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
2. Cut 1 apple into slices. Arrange slices into a circular pattern over the plate. Add toppings and caramel sauce.
