INGREDIENTS
WET
-80g unsalted butter (softened)
-1/2 cup cane sugar
-1/4 cup coconut oil
-4 large brown bananas
-1 egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
DRY
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup cacao powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
TOPPINGS:
-Banana
-Chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
How to Banana Bread:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk all dry ingredients and set aside.
2. Beat all wet ingredients on medium speed in a mixer. Once mixed, add dry ingredients little by little to prevent making a mess. Don’t overmix.
2. Add chocolate chips to the mix. Then, grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray or add parchment paper to it. Add mixture to the pan and add banana slices and more chips as toppings.
3. Put it in the oven for 50 min. Once cooked, remove from oven and let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
