Lime and Avocado Tart

INGREDIENTS

BASE:

-1 cup of hazelnuts

-1/2 cup shredded coconut

-6 dates

-zest of 1/2 lemon

-1/2 tsp salt

FILLING:

-2 avocados

-Zest of 1 lemon

-2 lemons (juice)

-1 cup Greek yogurt

-60 ml of maple syrup

-Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they are granulated. Then pit and mash the dates until you get a sticky mass.

2. Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with your hands. Transfer the mixture to a tart pan.

3. For the filling, peel the avocados and blend all ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous cream. Pour the filling over the date and hazelnut base.

4. Place the tart in the freezer for 1 hour and, before serving it, try to keep it at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
